About Nic
Rooted in Northeast Wisconsin
Nic Cravillion is a Northeast Wisconsin native, Army combat veteran, small business owner, and public servant running for Wisconsin State Senate to continue Working for Wisconsin.
Born and raised on his family farm in New Franken, Nic grew up with the values that define the communities of our region: hard work, responsibility, faith, and community. After serving in the United States Army and deploying to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, Nic returned home in 2014 because he believed Northeast Wisconsin was the best place to build a life, raise a family, and continue serving others. That belief and the way of life he came home to protect still drive him today as he works to preserve the values, traditions, and strong communities that make this part of Wisconsin special. Today, with more than 15 years of military service, Nic continues to serve in the Wisconsin Army National Guard.
Nic and his wife, Caitlin, a local realtor, are raising their family on their seventh generation homestead, land that has been in their family since 1854. With deep roots in Northeast Wisconsin spanning generations, Nic understands the importance of keeping this region a place where families can afford to live, work, and build a future.
For more than five years, Nic has served as District Director for State Senator André Jacque, working directly with constituents, families, local governments, farmers, veterans, and small businesses across Northeast Wisconsin to help solve problems and deliver results. Outside of public service, Nic remains actively involved in his community through veterans organizations, church activities, volunteer efforts, and other local initiatives.
As a conservative Republican, Nic believes Wisconsin needs more common sense in government. He believes the voices and values of rural Wisconsin are too often overshadowed by the politics coming out of Madison. Nic is running to lower the state’s tax burden, strengthen our economy, expand workforce and affordable housing opportunities, protect constitutional freedoms, support our first responders and veterans, hold government accountable, and defend Wisconsin’s heritage and way of life.
Nic isn’t running for a title. He’s running because he believes Northeast Wisconsin deserves strong, accessible leadership rooted in service, common sense, and hard work.

Service to Country & Community
Nic is a combat veteran who continues to serve in the Wisconsin Army National Guard, where he achieved the rank of Staff Sergeant and serves as a Drill Sergeant assigned to the Recruiting and Retention Battalion, helping mentor and prepare the next generation of Wisconsin soldiers for military service.
Outside of the military, Nic remains active in veterans organizations, volunteer efforts, and community events throughout Northeast Wisconsin.
Protecting Our Outdoor Heritage
Growing up in rural Northeast Wisconsin, Nic spent countless hours hunting, fishing, and enjoying the outdoors with his family. Some of his earliest memories are alongside his grandpa, who helped instill a deep respect for the land, wildlife, and traditions that remain an important part of Wisconsin’s way of life.
Today, Nic is proud to share those same traditions with his children and believes hunting, fishing, conservation, and protecting access to the outdoors are important to preserving Wisconsin’s heritage for future generations.

Our rural communities are the backbone of Wisconsin. Nic will support farmers, improve rural infrastructure, strengthen local roads, and ensure small towns have the resources they need to grow and thrive.
